Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve desktop and laptop hardware issues.
• Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software for new hires.
• Troubleshoot and escalate complex user problems to the appropriate teams.
• Manage and prioritize incoming IT support requests from multiple channels.
• Perform system maintenance, including updates and remote troubleshooting.
