Job summary

Osaic is seeking a Desktop Engineer II to maintain workstation tool sets, deploy hardware, OS, and software, and provide deskside and remote support. The role requires after-hours on-call and contributor to infrastructure projects. Hybrid in-office schedule, with a minimum 4 days on-site at the Atlanta hub.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of PC support, strong Windows/DMS troubleshooting, and experience with MECM/Intune, BitLocker, and AD. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in IT/IS or 3 years related experience preferred, or equivalent experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Three to five years in computer support, in-office and remote.
• Experience diagnosing Windows platform issues and Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Support major rollouts and releases, including deployment planning and issue resolution.
• Perform laptop imaging, desk setups, and hardware support.
• Configure and troubleshoot company-approved software.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and document actions in ticketing system.
• Provide Level 1 support for in-office conference room A/V equipment.
• Assist with infrastructure projects and new tool deployments.
