Osaic is seeking a Desktop Engineer II to maintain workstation tool sets, deploy hardware, OS, and software, and provide deskside and remote support. The role requires after-hours on-call and contributor to infrastructure projects. Hybrid in-office schedule, with a minimum 4 days on-site at the Atlanta hub.
Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of PC support, strong Windows/DMS troubleshooting, and experience with MECM/Intune, BitLocker, and AD. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Full-time, Non-Exempt
70,000 to 80,000 per year + annual performance-based bonus

This position will be responsible for maintaining the current tool set defined for each workstation within the organization, as well as deploying and managing workstation hardware, operating systems, and software applications. This role provides in-office deskside assistance and remote support for employees working from home or the office. Some after-hours on-call support is required. This role is also expected to contribute to workplace-related Infrastructure projects, tasks, and the implementation of new tools and technologies.
