The Shade Store in Campbell, CA is seeking a Showroom Design Consultant to provide personalized design consultations and drive sales while supporting our high-end customer experience. You will guide clients through in-person, virtual, and in-home appointments with expert product knowledge and project management skills.

With 3–5 years in retail or design, you will leverage CRM systems and MS Office tools to nurture leads, collaborate with designers and contractors, and ensure smooth scheduling,

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in retail, design, sales, project management or customer service.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and office software.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert design consultations and drive sales through in-person, virtual, and in-home meetings.
• Explain product benefits and solutions to customers to win proposals and close sales.
• Develop relationships with designers, architects, and contractors; participate in trade events.
• Collaborate with showroom leadership to improve engagement and sales performance.
• Ensure a seamless customer experience from design to installation.
• Utilize CRM and tech platforms to manage pipelines and projects.
