Quorum Federal Credit Union, a forward-thinking financial institution, seeks a Deposit Operations Associate to support day-to-day deposit and payment operations including RTP, ACH, and wire transfers in a hybrid environment. The role emphasizes accuracy, regulatory compliance, and superior member experience in a back-office setting.

The ideal candidate has analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with multiple systems. Notary commission is preferred.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in back-office payment processing within a bank or credit union environment.
• Experience with ACH processing, wire transfers, or deposit operations preferred.
• Notary Public commission preferred; company may support process and fees.

Responsabilités

• Perform ACH, wire transfer, RTP, deposit, and related payment processing activities.
• Maintain account data, perform exception resolution, and conduct payment investigations.
• Monitor activity, track transactions, and validate data using reports and logs; escalate issues when needed.
• Identify and propose process improvements to increase efficiency and controls; participate in system testing and testing readiness.
• Provide support to other business units and internal/external member requests.
• Maintain procedures and policy documentation; suggest enhancements for compliance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with members, vendors, and internal departments to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
