Climate First Bank is seeking a Deposit Operations Advanced Specialist to keep deposit operations running smoothly during daily processing and a system conversion. You will handle ACH, wires, RDC, and card activity, review exceptions, and ensure accurate posting while supporting Treasury Management setup and customer training.

The role emphasizes compliance, detail, and cross‑team collaboration within a fast‑paced environment.

Formación

• Prior deposit operations experience is preferred.
• Experience with core banking systems (Phoenix/SilverLake) is a plus.
• High attention to detail in processing transactions and reconciling items.
• Ability to adapt during system conversions and changing priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Process ACH, wires, RDC, and card transactions accurately and timely.
• Review and resolve exceptions; ensure proper posting and documentation.
• Maintain compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide backup support for Treasury Management setup and customer training.
• Document workflows and support audit readiness across operations.
