Darkhorse Tech, Inc. is seeking a Territory Account Manager based in San Antonio/Austin for a hybrid role that combines field work with client meetings.

You will develop new business while managing existing relationships, aligning IT services with dental industry needs, and driving revenue growth. Ideal candidates have strong communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to multitask and travel as required.

Formación

• Must be based out of and work from San Antonio, TX or Austin, TX.
• Strong work ethic, personal drive, and ability to lead by example.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with diverse tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Reports Directly to the VP of Sales
• Analyze client data to identify solutions (i.e. VOIP, Cloud, HIPAA, Software, etc.)
• Schedule and perform QBR
• Problem resolution when conflict exists between client and support or billing
• Prepare proposals for add/move/change work
• Enhance client relationships
• Build a network of referral sources
• Face to face drop ins on clients
• Review monthly reports to see escalated ticket volume and proactively engage to solution
