Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Delivery Solutions Architect to accelerate platform adoption for Startup and Emerging Enterprise customers. You will lead post-sale technical strategy, coordinate with Professional Services, and drive onboarding, enablement, and healthy consumption of workloads on Databricks.

You will partner with Product and Engineering for new innovations, manage executive relationships, and steer multi-team delivery across complex accounts, with travel up to 30% as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering technical projects/programs in Data & AI
• Experience in customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, or consulting
• Understanding of distributed data system architectures and business value attribution
• Proven track record of managing accounts, stakeholders, and resources
• Ability to resolve complex escalations with senior customer executives

Responsibilities

• Engage with Solutions Architects to understand use case demand plans
• Lead post-technical-win account strategy and execution for strategic accounts
• Be the accountable technical leader for use cases across multiple teams
• Be the first contact for production/go-live issues related to use cases
• Coordinate with Shared Services, Onboarding/Technical Services, and Support as needed
• Develop a plan for production of key use cases with PS engagement
• Partner with Product and Engineering for new innovations and previews
• Create execution plans across enablement, adoption, and governance
• Provide updates to the Technical GM on KPI, investment status, and risks
