Qualifications

• Valid California driver's license or ability to enroll in Employer Pull Notice Program.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing complex educational or workforce development projects with minimal supervision.
• Advanced experience with data systems, reporting workflows, and data quality assurance; LMS platforms including reporting, user support, and system administration.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with diverse external stakeholders.
• Experience developing, analyzing, and implementing project plans, schedules, and evaluation processes.
• Ability to interpret state and federal contract requirements and handle sensitive information.
