Job summary

UC Davis Health is seeking a Transaction & Project Coordinator to lead end-to-end event development, including planning, logistics, budget tracking, policy compliance, vendor coordination, and creating event materials for learners, staff, faculty, and the community.

The role also supports special initiatives across HEDI portfolios, develops work plans, coordinates timelines, analyzes data trends, and acts as an internal consultant on event and engagement matters.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in full-cycle event management.
• 3–5 years of project-management experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in full-cycle event management, including planning, logistics, production flow, and execution of large-scale events.
• Strong project-management skills, including facilitating meetings, agenda prep, action-item tracking, and leading planning meetings with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with the capacity to prioritize and meet deadlines.
