Job summary

The role leads end-to-end event development including planning, logistics, budget tracking, policy compliance, vendor coordination, and material creation.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of full-cycle event management experience.
• 3-5 years of project management experience.
• Experience with planning, logistics, production flow, and execution of large-scale, high-visibility events.
• Strong project-management skills, including meeting facilitation and action-item tracking.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end event development, including planning, logistics, budget tracking, and materials generation.
• Provide project-management support for special initiatives with timelines and deliverables.
• Support outreach, community engagement, and collaboration with leaders and partners.
