You will deliver sales-minded customer service, handle account operations, and support essential warehouse tasks in a collaborative branch environment.

The role requires handling order entry, product inquiries, and daily inventory duties, while maintaining showroom standards and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in building, construction, design, or warehouse environments preferred.
• Strong customer-focused, organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a busy environment.
• Forklift certification and wet saw experience are a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred, or other language for the area.

Responsibilities

• Interface with customers and internal teams to deliver excellent service both in person and by phone.
• Streamline coordination between the company and customers to drive sales.
• Assist customers with product selections and order entry for accurate processing.
• Manage day-to-day account operations including orders, pricing inquiries, status, and tracking.
• Perform administrative duties such as payments processing, deposits, and end-of-day paperwork.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness, safety standards, and inventory accuracy.
• Support warehouse operations and sample board preparation.
• Other duties to support customer service and warehouse operations.
