Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in building, construction, design, or warehouse environments preferred.
• Results-driven, customer-focused, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and thrive in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Interfaces with internal and external customers delivering outstanding service in person and over the phone.
• Delivers exceptional service by streamlining coordination between the company and customers.
• Drives sales by assisting customers with product selections and order entry.
• Coordinates day-to-day account operations: order entry, product and pricing inquiries, order status and tracking.
• Performs administrative duties such as payments, vendor stock orders, cash handling, bank deposits and end of day paperwork.
• Maintains showroom standards: cleanliness, safety, sample updates and monthly inventory audits.
• Prepares basic sample boards for branch and customer showrooms.
• Other tasks to support customer service and warehouse operations.
• Executes daily warehouse operations from intake to fulfillment in compliance with policies.
• Daily inventory reconciliations and discrepancy resolution; generates inventory reports.
• Handle will-call customers professionally.
