ABB is seeking a Customer Care professional to provide technical, order, and payment-related assistance to internal and external customers. You will coordinate with Sales, Operations and Supply Chain to ensure complete case ownership and improve customer satisfaction.

The role is Hybrid in New Berlin, WI and contributes to the MOSE Customer Service in New Berlin, WI. Candidates must have strong English communication and work authorization in the US.

Qualifications

• 5 years of customer experience experience.
• Experience with SAP, Salesforce, Excel and Outlook.
• Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical, order and payment-related assistance to customers.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain to resolve issues.
• Keep customers informed on issue status and collect insights.
• Analyze statistics and share sales performance insights with management.
