Job summary

Anagram International in Eden Prairie, MN is seeking a customer service representative to support customers by providing information, answering questions, and handling complaints. You will be the front line of support for clients and help ensure satisfaction with Anagram’s products and services.

In this hybrid role, you will manage orders, respond to inquiries, liaise with internal teams, and seek process improvements.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong data entry, ten-key, and keyboarding skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to identify problems and actively seek solutions.
• Ability to operate within established procedures and systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Secondary education in business, accounting, or sales is preferred.
• Able to take direction and communicate with multiple personalities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the processing of all orders from pre-shipment to post-shipment for your customers.
• Receive, analyze, and promptly reply to pertinent communications regarding your customers.
• Assure correct flow of communication and information to all relevant areas of Anagram.
• Serve as the first line of support for customers through communication, service, hospitality, and information.
• Recommend and implement improvements to all aspects of the position.
• Maximize sales to the greatest extent possible to maximize overall company benefit.
• Serve as back-up for other customer service reps as needed.
