Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in program management.
• 3+ years of experience in project/program management at a manufacturing company.
• Experience managing cross-functional, customer-facing or commercial initiatives.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives from planning through execution.
• Strong communication skills for reporting and reviews.
• Analytical mindset using scorecards, forecasts, inventory reports to guide decisions.
• Customer-service orientation and collaboration across multiple functions.
• Hybrid work capability from Anoka, MN four days on-site, one day remote; travel 1-2 times per quarter.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic growth initiatives aligned to sales, revenue, profit, and business objectives.
• Lead and coordinate global programs, key customer initiatives, new customer onboarding, and new product introductions.
• Manage assigned account portfolios by prioritizing opportunities, optimizing resources, and monitoring performance scorecards.
• Partner cross-functionally with Quality, Design, Pricing, Sales, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Service, and Planning teams.
• Identify and mitigate program risks while tracking project health, corrective actions, milestones, and escalation needs.
• Facilitate project objectives, scope, deliverables, schedules, resources, reporting, and executive reviews.
• Support sales forecasting, SIOP participation, inventory visibility, delivery performance, and customer service planning.
