Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in a manufacturing-support role.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects.
• Knowledge of material flow, planning, scheduling and shipping/receiving.
• Advanced Excel skills and BI usage.

Aufgaben

• Receive and process customer drawings, specifications, and technical instructions.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations and sales to set up new part numbers.
• Assist with quotations where pricing is established.
• Use costing tools to create pricing reflecting factory costs and coordinate quotes.
• Ensure customer requests are answered timely and professionally.
• Lead weekly open order review calls with customers.
• Monitor shipment dates to ensure timely delivery and expedite as needed.
• Review and release new EDI or hardcopy PO orders daily.
• Support managers reconciling cost or price changes.
• Track and report status of orders for assigned strategic accounts.
• Join customer meetings to provide service and technical guidance.
• Act as primary interface for account managers for assigned accounts.
• Communicate customer expectations to operations.
• Ensure on-time delivery of high-quality products with logistics coordination.
