This role is hybrid—onsite about once a month—with additional hours as needed. Requires a high school diploma, 2 years of experience and 50 WPM typing. Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems is a plus.

Formación

• Two years of relevant work experience.
• Typing speed of at least 50 WPM.
• Ideal candidate resides within 1 hour of Wood Dale, IL.

Responsabilidades

• Provide phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals.
• Engage, interact, and respond promptly to maintain positive business relationships with customers.
• Provide feedback to improve service levels and processes.
• Support Sales by answering questions via telephone, email, and fax.
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions in systems of record.
