Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated is seeking a Customer Support Representative to serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams for day-to-day sales activities, including orders, expedites, modifications, confirmations, and report generation.

You will collaborate with multiple departments to respond to customer needs, interpret ERP data, and ensure accurate pricing and order status while maintaining professional service standards.

Qualifications

• AS degree in Marketing, Business or related field or 5 years of equivalent customer service experience.
• Strong Excel skills, including v-lookups and pivot tables.
• Experience with ERP systems and customer data tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Daily contact with customers to provide price, availability, order status and general information.
• Interpret and communicate ERP and customer portal data to customers accurately.
• Process, resolve and expedite orders while maintaining composure in a fast-paced environment.
