Qualifications

• AS degree or 5 years of customer service experience.
• Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
• Excellent communication and organization to work with multiple internal teams.
• SAP or Salesforce experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Daily contact with customers for price/availability and order status.
• Process, resolve, and expedite orders.
• Interpret ERP and customer portal data for customers.
• Generate customer order reports and provide timely responses.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, service, product) to meet customer requirements.
