Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and CRM.
  • Process, review, and manage customer orders with pricing, product, quantity, and shipping accuracy.
  • Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, complaints, shipping issues, pricing concerns, and product inquiries.
  • Manage RMAs and tool repair transactions from initiation to completion, including customer updates.
  • Communicate order, return, and repair status updates while proactively managing customer expectations.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in SAP, Salesforce, and related systems.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Pricing, Product Management, Planning, Operations, and Logistics to resolve issues.
  • Utilize reporting tools to analyze data and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Support team goals by managing workload priorities and providing cross-functional support.

Job Overview

As a Customer Experience Representative, you will gain hands‑on experience working with customers, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Pricing, Analytics, and digital tools while helping deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role is designed for early‑career professionals who want to build a strong business foundation and create pathways to future opportunities across the organization.

A Day In The Life
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and CRM platforms.
  • Process, review, and manage customer orders while ensuring accuracy of pricing, product, quantity, and shipping information.
  • Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, customer complaints, shipping issues, pricing concerns, and product‑related inquiries.
  • Manage return authorizations (RMAs) and tool repair transactions from initiation through completion, including customer communication and documentation.
  • Communicate order, return, and repair status updates while proactively managing customer expectations.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and transaction documentation within SAP, Salesforce, and related business systems.
  • Partner with Sales, Pricing, Product Management, Planning, Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, Technical Services, and Logistics to resolve issues and support customer needs.
  • Utilize reporting tools and business systems to analyze data, support operational objectives, and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Support team goals by managing workload priorities, meeting productivity expectations, and providing cross‑functional support as needed.

  • Associate's degree in business or related field preferred (Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, Analytics, Communications, Engineering), or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Excellent problem‑solving and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
  • Internship, co‑op, customer‑facing, operations, sales support, or business experience preferred.
  • Experience with SAP, Salesforce, CRM, ERP, or analytics tools is a plus but not necessary.
