Job summary

Aristocrat Interactive is seeking a full-time Customer Service Agent to support players and ensure a seamless gaming experience. You will handle calls, chats, and emails, troubleshoot devices, and communicate offers to VIP customers.

The role requires 0–2 years in a support center, a high school diploma, strong English skills, and the ability to work a hybrid schedule with reliable internet and camera readiness.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of inbound/support call center experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule with reliable internet and a speed test.
• Must be camera-ready and able to travel to the office for at least 50% of shifts.
• Strong typing ability (90 wpm) and comfort with computers/devices.
• Experience with troubleshooting computers, smartphones, and tablets is a plus.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide information and process inquiries about accounts, products, and services.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to computer, tablet, and cell phone applications.
• Handle inbound calls, real-time chat, emails, and make outgoing calls.
• Communicate special marketing offers to VIP customers.
• Offer feedback on service failures or customer feedback.
• Uphold customer confidentiality and promote company values.
• Stay updated on protocols and work toward set goals and targets of 70 contacts daily.
• Maintain all SLA for chats and phone call inquiries in under 45 seconds.
