Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience (in transportation preferred).
• Typing 40 wpm+ with 100% accuracy.
• Experience with SAP and web-based TMS/WMS/OMS systems.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process customer bulk trucking and packaging orders via SAP, email, web portals, and EDI.
• Input orders into TMS/WMS with accuracy and speed.
• Prepare end-of-day reports.
• Maintain and monitor the Open Order Report in the Warehouse database.
• Collaborate with Sales, Accounting, HR and executives.
