Job summary

CS Recruiting represents a global leader seeking a Supply Chain Operations & Customer Solutions Associate in Itasca, IL. This full-time hybrid role focuses on SAP-driven processes, order management, invoicing, and logistics coordination.

You will file paperwork, support sales with logistics quotes, prepare inventory data, and collaborate with Trade Compliance and other teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate records.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business, operations, logistics, or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience in a similar operations environment.
• Proficient with SAP, Ringi, SharePoint, Overdrive, and Mezzanine.

Responsibilities

• Process SAP entries and related tasks (orders, PO creation, invoicing, stock transfers).
• File paperwork in Docuware and Mezzanine; maintain records timely and accurately.
• Coordinate with Trade Compliance for Incoterms, ISF filings, export declarations where applicable.
• Provide logistics quotations and coordinate shipments; prepare inventory forecasts and reports for Sales.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat; maintain cross‑department communications.
