Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands in Ohio is seeking a Customer Success Representative to support our windows and doors business unit. This hybrid position requires you to spend two days in the office each week to collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure smooth order processing from receipt through delivery, invoicing, and warranty.

You will handle direct customer inquiries, manage accounts, provide accurate pricing and product updates, and escalate issues as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of direct customer and consumer support experience.
• Understanding of the building products industry or sales support preferred.
• Proficiency with telecom software and CRM systems; good Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct customer and consumer support from order receipt to delivery, invoicing and warranty.
• Manage customer accounts and inform leadership and sales teams of pertinent activities.
• Provide accurate pricing, product updates and market information to customers.
