Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Customer Success Supervisor to lead a team delivering premier service for direct and indirect customers. You’ll align with Sales, Operations and Customer Partners to drive outcomes while developing your team.

This hybrid role is based at a western manufacturing facility, with two days on site each week. You’ll plan work, manage escalations, and foster a culture focused on exceptional customer experiences and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Industry knowledge in building products and sales management in dealer/distribution/retail channels.
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Time management with ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
• Interpersonal skills with integrity and motivation.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily activities using CRM, dashboards to optimize workflows.
• Engage with customers to prioritize needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Lead training sessions for CSRs to enhance soft skills and product knowledge.
• Drive continuous improvement and KPI-driven performance.
• Manage escalations and coordinate with operations and sales.
