Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Customer Service Representative to facilitate quotes, orders, and work orders while delivering prompt and courteous service to customers. You will work to grow sales from current customers and may prospect new business.

The role requires data entry into Oracle, ability to read building drawings, and strong communication. Experience in construction products is a plus, with full-time hours and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Data entry with accuracy in orders into Oracle.
• Ability to read building drawings and perform basic calculations.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsabilités

• Process quotations, purchase orders, and work orders to meet customer expectations.
• Coordinate scheduling and deliveries for multiple plant sites.
• Provide product knowledge and support to customers.
• Handle claims and account reconciliation and transactions.
• Communicate timely with all relevant functions.
• Answer inbound calls and assist with basic customer needs.
• Liaise between manufacturing and customers.
• Provide quotes to assist Outside Sales.
