Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands, Inc. is seeking a Customer Success Representative in a hybrid role based out of our plant facility in Cary, NC.

The position supports customers in our windows and doors unit and requires 2 office days per week (Tuesday and Wednesday). You will handle direct customer support, account coordination with sales, and provide accurate product information while coordinating with our operations team to ensure timely delivery and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Experience: 1-2 years of direct customer and consumer support experience.
• Industry knowledge: building products industry experience preferred.
• Technical proficiency: Proficient in telecom software; Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM.

Responsibilities

• Customer Support: assist direct customers and consumers with product and service inquiries through order receipt to delivery, invoicing and warranty.
• Account management: keep the sales team informed of activities for each customer account and monitor orders for smooth processing.
• Information accuracy: provide pricing, market updates and product changes; encourage use of portals for customers.
• Issue resolution: respond promptly to inquiries or problems about orders, including quality, delivery, pricing and billing.
• Technical support: share product technical information and route complex inquiries to qualified personnel.
• Collaboration: work with sales and operations to deliver premier customer experience.
