Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in customer service, client support, or project coordination.
• Experience in the multifamily industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process, review, and track client orders from start to finish to ensure accuracy.
• Review art proofs for branding compliance and accuracy.
• Prepare price estimates and manage promotional product orders.
• Coordinate complex projects such as bulk orders and client conferences.
• Maintain client storefronts and collaborate with internal teams for timely delivery.
