Job summary

Hagadone Media Montana seeks a motivated hybrid Customer Service and Sales professional in Kalispell to support subscribers and grow circulation through outreach and relationships.

You will respond to inquiries, resolve billing and delivery issues, manage subscriptions, and promote products at events, with opportunities for commission and career growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (additional education a plus)
• Experience in customer service and/or sales (media industry experience preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work both independently and on a team

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Resolve subscription issues including delivery, billing, and account changes
• Manage subscriptions (new, renewals, cancellations, holds) in the circulation system
• Promote and sell subscriptions through calls, email outreach, and in-person events

Hagadone Media Montana is seeking a motivated, customer-focused professional for a hybrid Customer Service and Sales role. This position blends supporting subscribers with driving circulation growth through outreach and relationship building. Based in Kalispell, this role reports to the Circulation Office Manager and offers a mix of in-office work and local community engagement.
