Job summary

Hagadone Corp. via The Coeur d'Alene Press seeks an energetic Audience Development Specialist to grow print and digital subscribers across North Idaho. You will build relationships, conduct outbound calls, and promote subscription packages while collaborating with marketing and customer service teams.

Ideal candidates are sales-driven, customer-service oriented, and motivated by measurable impact and uncapped commissions. This in-person role is based in Coeur d’Alene, ID.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or related fields preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software.

• Starting Salary: $36,000 Annually + Uncapped Commission + Growth Opportunities
