Job summary

IXOM Watercare Inc. is seeking a highly organized Customer Service & Sales Coordinator to support customers, the sales team, and internal operations.

This role covers a defined territory, building relationships with Regional Managers and distributors while coordinating projects, preparing proposals, and ensuring clear communication across teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and successfully manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong reading comprehension and written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional, responsive communication style when working with both customers and internal stakeholders.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to learn and effectively use CRM and ERP systems.
• Experience with SAP, CRM platforms, project coordination, customer service, sales support, or field service operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for inquiries, service requests, order support, and account needs.
• Provide timely, professional communication and follow-up throughout the customer experience.
• Support customer retention through proactive service, contract management, and relationship building.
• Document customer interactions and follow-up items in the CRM system.
• Coordinate customer projects with Regional Sales Managers and commercial team.
• Manage bid opportunities from identification to proposal and follow-up.
• Prepare proposals with scope and pricing details under guidance.
• Track opportunities, proposals, projects, and commitments to meet deadlines.
