Job summary

Kinetico Incorporated seeks a Service Coordinator to manage customer communications, schedule installations and service calls, and drive proactive outreach for additional products and services. You will maintain accurate records in the CRM and support field technicians to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

Candidates should have strong communication, organization, and Salesforce experience, with 3–5 years in customer service and a high school diploma as a baseline requirement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• An associate degree is preferred.
• 3-5 years’ experience in a customer service-oriented role.
• Experience with Salesforce preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Schedules product installations and service calls.
• Ensures documentation provided to the Service Technician is complete.
• Answers calls and emails, assesses customer needs, and selects actions.
• Contacts customers to offer ancillary services and prepares out-of-warranty letters.
• Logs calls and emails into CRM and tracks related metrics.
• Maintains installation and warranty information in the database.
• Performs counter sales and assists customers in-store purchases.
• Provides back-up support to other sales/service staff and assists Technicians.
