Job summary

IXOM is seeking a highly organized Customer Service & Sales Coordinator to support customers, the sales team, and operations. This role owns a territory and builds relationships with Regional Managers and distributors, coordinating projects and proposals.

You will manage orders, service activities, and ensure clear communication between customers and internal teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsive, and adept at juggling priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
• Serve as primary contact for inquiries and order support.
