Teleflora is seeking an entry-level Customer Service Representative in Paragould, AR, with a hybrid schedule (Mon-Wed in office, Thu-Fri from home). You will be the frontline contact for our network of florists, handling calls and processing customer requests to reinforce Teleflora's commitment to superior service.

Key duties include taking florist orders, assisting with product questions, and resolving issues with courtesy and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong written and oral communication required.
• Ability to work with little direction.
• 1-2 years of customer service/call center experience.
• Basic math skills.
• Clear, well-modulated speaking voice.
• Proficient in basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle florist calls and process customer requests.
• Assist florists with questions, requests, products, and problems.
• Handle orders: Flower, Product, Directory, and Credit Card orders.
• Address credit card product and equipment orders and troubleshooting.
• Process monthly statements and hosting/web-related tasks as needed.
