Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to make decisions with little direction.
• 1–2 years of customer service/call center experience.
• Basic math skills.
• Clear, well-modulated voice with good diction.
• Typing 25 WPM (net).
• Knowledge of basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle florist calls and billing inquiries and confirm floral orders.
• Assist member florists with questions, requests, and product purchases.
• Process various order types including flower, product, directory, and credit card orders.
• Troubleshoot credit card equipment and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate customer monthly statements.
• Support departments with additional duties as needed.
