Teleflora is seeking an entry-level Customer Service Representative in Oklahoma City. You will be the frontline contact for our network of florists, answering calls and processing customer requests to reinforce Teleflora's commitment to superior service.

The role offers a hybrid schedule with in-office days Monday-Wednesday and remote work Thursday-Friday. Education minimum is a high school diploma, with 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years in Customer Service/Call Center experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer Florist calls and process customer requests.
• Assist with billing calls and order confirmations.
• Handle product, order, and directory related inquiries.
• Provide courteous support to Teleflora's network of florists.
