Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in business analysis, operations, billing, payment processing, or program support.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and reporting.
• Experience with data validation, reconciliation, and process improvement.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate customer enrollment applications and eligibility requirements.
• Process enrollments and maintain accurate enrollment records.
• Track and report on customer participation, billing, and payment activity.
• Support payment processing and reconciliation for customers, vendors, and contractors.
• Analyze data and ensure accuracy across multiple systems.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to resolve issues and improve processes.
