TEKsystems seeks a detail-oriented Business Operations Analyst to support a customer enrollment and billing program for a major utility provider. You will manage enrollments, validate data, support reporting, process payments, and collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors.

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Operations Analyst to support a customer enrollment and billing program for a leading utility provider. This role will be responsible for managing customer enrollments, validating data, supporting reporting efforts, processing payments, and coordinating with internal teams and third-party vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and validate customer enrollment applications and eligibility requirements.
• Process enrollments and maintain accurate enrollment records.
• Track and report on customer participation, billing, and payment activity.
• Support payment processing and reconciliation for customers, vendors, and contractors.
• Analyze data and ensure accuracy across multiple systems.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Assist with reporting, metrics tracking, and operational improvements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in business analysis, operations, billing, payment processing, or program support.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and reporting.
• Experience with data validation, reconciliation, and process improvement.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Utility industry experience is a plus.
• Experience with customer programs, billing operations, or payment administration.
• Knowledge of SAP, Power BI, Access, or SAS.
• Experience working with large datasets and identifying trends.
• Regulated industries such as utilities, financial services, or energy.

Ideal Candidate

Duration

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $37.00 - $40.00/hr.
