Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Business Analyst for a hybrid contract role in Rosemead, CA. You will support enrollment, payment operations, and reporting for a large-scale utility pricing pilot, combining data validation with process improvement.

The role requires strong Excel, Power BI, SAP, and SAS experience, with a focus on data-driven insights, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional teamwork to ensure accurate enrollment and billing operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years of business analysis experience.
• Strong experience with operational reporting, tracking, and business process analysis.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, data validation, reporting and analysis, large dataset management.
• Experience with payment processing, reconciliation, and operational workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and validate enrollment submissions from account managers.
• Conduct eligibility assessments and enroll qualified customers.
• Communicate enrollment status updates to stakeholders.
• Serve as SME for the program's enrollment and billing platform.
• Extract, validate, analyze, and report enrollment and billing data.
• Collaborate with vendors to identify defects and support enhancements.
• Oversee payment operations including processing and reconciliation.
• Develop and maintain operational reports and dashboards.
• Track metrics: enrollment volumes, MW enrolled, billing status, program performance.
