Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of customer service experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with insurance regulatory compliance is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office.

• Receive and handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat; provide exceptional service.
• Independently lead conference calls and meetings with customers.
• De-escalate frustrated customers and find solutions.
• Follow established processes to complete regulatory compliance intake tasks.
• Track work in databases.
• Mentor junior team members.
