ReSource Pro is seeking a Customer Experience Associate, Compliance, to provide front-line customer service by handling inquiries related to insurance regulatory compliance, licensing, and client intake. This remote role offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years of customer service or administrative experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat and complete tasks.
• Provide exceptional customer service and de-escalate issues.
• Follow established procedures to complete compliance and intake tasks.
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems and assist with data updates.
• Collaborate with team members to meet client needs and improve processes.
