Job summary

ReSource Pro is seeking a Customer Experience Analyst, Compliance to join our customer service team in Vincennes, IN. You will provide front-line support over phone and email, process regulatory compliance tasks, and assist with client intake and sales support while mentoring junior teammates.

The role emphasizes customer service excellence, de-escalation, and collaboration. You will train teammates, follow established procedures, and look for ways to improve processes related to insurance

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2-4 years customer service experience.
• MS Office - Word, Outlook, Access, and strong Excel skills.
• Prior insurance industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and handle customer inquiries via inbound/outbound phone calls, email, and/or chat. Provide exceptional customer service.
• Independently lead conference calls and meetings with customers.
• De-escalate frustrated customer situations and find solutions.
• Follow established processes to complete regulatory compliance and/or client intake tasks.
