Job summary

ReSource Pro Compliance is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to deliver front-line support for insurance regulatory compliance, client intake, and sales assistance. You will respond to inquiries via phone and email, process tasks, and help ensure a positive experience for clients.

Ideal candidates have strong MS Office/Excel skills, a customer-centric mindset, and excellent communication. This is a US-based remote role requiring residency in the United States.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• MS Office - Word, Outlook, Access, and strong Excel skills
• Located in the Central time zone to accommodate the needs of clients
• Customer-centric mindset, enjoyproviding a service and solving customer problems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to convey information to clients and effectively deescalate customer frustrations
• Team player mentality and commitment to supporting other team members
• Process-focused and detail oriented,committed to accurate documentation
• Technologicalproficiency– able to learn, utilize, and navigate a variety of external and internal systems

Responsibilities

• Receive and handle customer inquiries via inbound/outbound phone calls, email, and/or chat
• Answer questions professionally and assistscustomers by completing a task or process for them
