ReSource Pro seeks a Customer Experience Associate to provide front-line service via phone, email, and chat from our Vincennes, IN office in a hybrid role. You will manage inquiries, document in client systems, and collaborate with brokers and insurers to earn trust and partnership.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years customer service experience required.
• Insurance background/knowledge preferred.
