ReSource Pro is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to provide frontline service for our clients via phone, email, and chat. You will handle inquiries professionally, document in client systems, and help maintain trust and partnerships with clients.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service experience required.
• Insurance background/knowledge preferred
