Job summary

Huntington is hiring a Customer Experience Banker in Westerville, OH. This full-time role focuses on serving walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge, retaining and expanding consumer and business relationships by understanding financial goals and offering deposit, loan, and other banking products.

You will process transactions accurately, educate customers on products and technology, and contribute to both sales and service excellence.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED and minimum 1 year of customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role, or a Bachelor's Degree.
Background check with fingerprints as required by NMLS regulations.

Responsibilities

Providing excellent customer service and effectively resolving customer issues.
Educating customers on consumer deposit products and consumer lending.
Proactively identifying opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, outbound calling, and referrals.
Educating and referring customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships.
Adhering to all operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
Demonstrating acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, consumer lending, business banking, business lending, communication and presentation.
Other duties as assigned.
