Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge. You will retain and grow consumer and business relationships by identifying goals, recommending deposit products, and guiding customers through banking services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and/or Bachelor’s degree as listed.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience or military service in related roles.
• Experience in banking or goal-driven retail sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on consumer deposit products.
• Grow customer relationships through proactive outreach and referrals.
