Job summary

Huntington Bancshares, Inc. seeks a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk‑in customers as a Financial Concierge, identifying goals and recommending banking products. You’ll handle transactions, balance daily, and deliver exceptional service to retain and grow customer relationships.

The role emphasizes educating customers on deposit products, proactive outreach, and adherence to bank policies while maintaining strong product knowledge and sales discipline.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience or military service, administrative role or similar.
• Preferred: 1+ year in banking, financial services or goal-driven retail sales.
• Cash handling and comfort with mobile/online banking tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues effectively.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products.
• Identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through disciplined sales and referrals.
• Educate and refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
• Adhere to operational, security, risk and regulatory policies.
• Demonstrate sales, service, relationship management and communication skills.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
