Formación

• Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the automotive, retail, or service industry.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person regarding automotive services, appointments, and vehicle maintenance.
• Schedule and confirm service appointments, managing the service center’s calendar efficiently.
• Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally, seeking satisfactory resolutions.
• Provide information on vehicle services, promotions, and pricing.
• Maintain accurate customer records and service histories in the CRM system.
• Educate customers on vehicle care best practices and recommended maintenance schedules.
• Process service requests, warranty claims, and payment transactions.
• Gather customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement.
• Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
